I’m Ian, a Mortgage and Protection Advisor at JLM. I hold a CeMAP qualification and my primary focus is guiding our clients through the intricacies of mortgages and securing their financial futures.
My professional background includes roles in the property sector and the oil and gas industry; providing me with a diverse skill set.
Beyond the office, I enjoy spending quality time outdoors, whether it’s with Macy (my dog) or playing a game of hockey.

Executive to Andrew Steinbach
Lisa has 20 years customer service experience and has been a key member of the JLM team for over 6 years. She is committed to providing excellent customer service and works tirelessly to ensure your mortgage process is a smooth one.
Working alongside Andrew, Lisa provides support with all mortgage applications and expertly handles cases from initial submission through to completion. Lisa liaises with lenders, solicitors and estate agents to ensure a fast and efficient service is delivered at all times. Keeping in close contact with you, Lisa will update you at every stage of the mortgage process and is happy to help with any queries, no matter how big or small.
Outside of work, Lisa relaxes with family and friends, enjoys the great outdoors and loves all things Strictly!

Before joining the team, I worked in both teaching and marketing. This background has helped me develop a strong skill set in communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail – all of which are essential in the fast-paced world of mortgages and financial services. I take pride in helping things run efficiently behind the scenes, making sure every detail is taken care of so our clients feel confident and supported throughout their journey.
I really enjoy being part of a friendly, experienced team that’s focused on delivering excellent service with a personal touch. Every day is different, and it’s rewarding to play a part in helping people take important steps toward their future.
